Scratch marks around my vagina and on my butts,getting married soon plz help to remove those marks .?

me getting married soon , it may look very odd to my hubby when i stand before him with no clothes , those black scratchy skin is spread over my butts , between thighs and vagina , as my hubby may lick those parts he may feel awkward so plz tel me any way to remove this marks like any cream , lotion etc . me a ap(hyd) lady
