My friends mom has stage 4 colon cancer, anything I can do?

She's had a lot of bits and pieces of her organs removed to try to stop it spreading. It's in her liver which is the most terminal part. She's a beautiful woman with beautiful children and deserves some amazing vacation or financial help in her last few years. Her will and joyful life has helped her live longer and if anyone knows of some group or anything I can find that will help her? Something I can do??
