I think i may have developed a lip rash..any suggestions to completely take it away!?

I got it after i felt a bump on my upper inner lip it was red then it spread into tiny red bumps on my upper and lower lips,you can hardly see them,but they are there. I bought Lysine and it just calms it down,but they don't seem to be going away,I find new tiny bumps everyday. I'm getting really annoyed and depressed about this situation.I've searched all over and no one seems to have found a good remedy. Help please!:(
